БАНКОВСКОЕ ОБСЛУЖИВАНИЕ МЕЖДУНАРОДНОГО БИЗНЕСА
The IBB was set up in early 2001, in an effort to accommodate the financial needs of international companies wishing to operate out of Cyprus, and was the natural outcome of 16 years of successful presence in the international business market.
Our vision is to offer the highest quality of service in order to meet the demanding nature of our clientele. The strengths of Marfin Popular Bank in Information Technology and Human Resources and its presence in 13 countries have all been exploited in order to build a comparative advantage in service provision within the IBB.
IB clientele is currently serviced through three International Business Centres in Nicosia, Limassol and Larnaca.
All Centres but Larnaca, operate non-stop from 07:30 to 18:00 hours, Monday to Friday.
Our Business Development Officers can visit customers at their offices, especially if in Cyprus, in order to discuss the financial and other needs of the customer and to ensure best service provision. The business development officers will also liaise, where necessary, with all other departments of the Bank in order to fulfil the customers’ needs.
Apart from the native Greek language, all of our employees speak fluently English and all of our IBCs have Russian and other foreign-language speaking employees to enable more effective communication with our customers.
To supplement our efforts and assist customers wishing to do business in Cyprus without having to travel to Cyprus, we have established a network of Representative Offices in various countries. This network currently comprises, Moscow (Russia), New York (USA), Toronto (Canada), and Johannesburg (S. Africa).
Similarly, customers can exploit the same synergies from the presence of Marfin Popular Bank in Greece, UK, Australia, Serbia, Romania, Guernsey, Estonia, and very recently Ukraine, which offer full banking services.
